At 2xSaS, we are committed to providing high-quality link building services to our customers. We also strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you may need to request a refund. This refund policy outlines our guidelines for refunds.
Services Refund Policy:
We offer refunds for our services within the first 15 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us at vineet@2xsas.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will issue a refund. If the client is in India the refund will be initiated via Bank Transfer. If the client is outside India refund will be initiated via PayPal or any other similar platform.
We do not offer refunds for any services that have already been completed, as our services are considered complete upon delivery. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for any services that have been initiated or partially completed. We reserve the right to deny any refund requests that we believe are made in bad faith.
The refunds will be initiated after 7 days after receiving the request.
Link building terms:
We can assure you that the link we create will remain active for a minimum of one year. In the unlikely event that it is removed for any reason, we will provide you with a link at no charge from a website with a similar Domain Rating (DR).
We can assure you that the pages from which you will obtain the links will not have any of the following attributes: “nofollow,” “noindex,” or “sponsored.”
After an article goes live on certain websites, it cannot be edited or modified, which means we cannot assure that any alterations can be made after its publication. If an error happens, we will do our best to fix it within our capabilities. However, we cannot provide refunds for link placements once they are published.
Once you have selected or approved the site for your link placement, we assume that you have evaluated the site and are satisfied with your decision. We do not issue refunds or replacements for changes of mind after the placement has been made.
While we only collaborate with high-quality websites, we cannot guarantee that the link we generate will be indexed as it ultimately depends on Google’s decision on which pages to index and which ones to exclude.
We cannot assure you that our link building services will result in an increase in your website’s organic rankings or traffic. Link building is just one of several factors that search engines consider when ranking websites in the top positions of search engine results pages (SERPs).
